We offer exchanges (you may exchange a pouch sling for a different size or a ring sling for a different design) or store credit for new slings in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. It is a final sale on custom orders. If you need help with using your baby sling, please contact us at sales@bellababywrap.com

Shipping & Process

Cotton & Pouch Slings: Please allow 3-4 days for process
Sateen & Silk Slings: Please allow 5-7 days for process

All slings are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed
on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed the nextbusiness day.
